A Victorian sea captain’s house with a cupola, wraparound porches and harbor views from nearly every room. Planned as twelve keys after renovation: porches rebuilt, the cupola opened as a lookout, and interiors taken back to a working captain’s house of painted shiplap, wide-plank oak, navy and unlacquered brass.
